Delivery
We deliver pan India using trusted third party courier services.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, as estimated in your order confirmation.
In the rare event that delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances outside of our control—such as unreliable courier services, inaccessibility of the delivery location, or force majeure—we will inform you and cancel your order, issuing a full refund.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 2/3 Cities: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or adverse weather conditions.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed.
To request a cancellation, please email us at customercare@wklynuts.com with your order number.
If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Personalized or custom orders
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is initiated due to our error.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
