Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Since our products are perishable once opened, we request you to reach out to us with your feedback and concern, we will try our best to address that. However, we do not offer any return policy. No returns will be accepted for merchandise orders unless a defected unit has been shipped.

Any refunds initiated will be processed and will be reflected in the account within 2-3 working days.
